We can work any species and grade. Run pieces between 3-16 ft. in length, and run multiple widths up to a 7 1/4" face to match any custom design or restoration project.

OUR MILL
Beavertooth Oak's state-of-the-art milling facility boasts advanced equipment, including our Weinig Powermat 700 Eagle, and Mereen-Johnson multiple gang rip, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.

This machine accompanied with our highly skilled journeyman grinders, allows us not only to match your restoration job but produce any custom profile.
Our Weinig Powermat 700 Eagle has heads with an 8 1/8 width cap. With this machine, we have the ability to produce superior high quality mouldings.
We also can customize any project by having the ability to do short and long runs.
Our Mereen-Johnson multiple gang rip can process one board to multiple boards in the same run.
We defect out the off grade pieces while ripping the moulding blanks to size.
In certain instances resawing lumber can be an advantage in making mouldings more cost effective.
In addition, this machine can provide lumber with a fine resawn face.
Straight lining and planing is accomplished with our planer/ sander combination unit.
Our helical head planer flattens and sizes our lumber to thickness and then allows our sanding head to finish lumber to a 100 grit finish.
We can custom sand your material to your specifications.
